Our client is looking for an experienced Network Administrator to support and enhance its global enterprise network environment. This role will be responsible for maintaining network operations, troubleshooting complex incidents, driving infrastructure improvements, and supporting regional and global connectivity projects.

Job Description

  • Monitor network performance and address issues to maintain reliable connectivity.
  • Administer network infrastructure, including switches, routers and wireless access points.
  • Configure network devices to meet operational requirements and maintain service availability.
  • Investigate network faults and complete troubleshooting to restore services promptly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for network configurations, changes and technical procedures.
  • Perform routine network maintenance to reduce disruption to business users.
  • Work with technology colleagues to resolve network-related incidents and service requests.
  • Review network capacity and performance data to identify improvement needs.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience supporting enterprise networking environments.
  • Hands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies, preferably VMware VeloCloud.
  • Strong Cisco networking knowledge and experience.
  • Experience with Zscaler cloud security solutions.
  • Strong understanding of WAN technologies.
  • Experience with routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF.
  • Proven track record in troubleshooting network outages and resolving incidents within SLA.
  • Ability to work effectively with global teams and stakeholders across different time zones.
  • Strong learning agility and willingness to adopt new technologies.
