Job Description

  • Manage and optimize Management Information Systems (MIS) to support business operations effectively.
  • Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards for business intelligence purposes.
  • Design, develop, test and deploy software applications.
  • Optimize software performance and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MIS-related issues.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend relevant upgrades or implementations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all MIS operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior MIS Executive should have:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Familiar with VB.net, ASP.net, C#, VB, ASP
  • Required language (s): English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
  • Preferably candidates with Hypertext markup language (HTML), Asp 2 0 3 0, Visual Basic, ASP.NET and MS SQL Server
  • Knowledge of MS SQL Server, SQL language, IPPBX, NAS, Linux is an added advantage.
  • Proven expertise in managing and optimizing MIS or IT systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining business intelligence tools.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
