Job Description

  • Lead the design and implementation of organisational structures, operating models, and workforce transformation initiatives.
  • Evaluate and recommend organisation design solutions using established methodologies and data-driven insights.
  • Partner with business leaders to align organisational structures with strategic priorities and future business needs.
  • Facilitate leadership discussions and drive alignment on organisation design recommendations and implementation plans.
  • Establish governance frameworks, decision rights, and accountability structures across functions and teams.
  • Conduct organisational reviews to identify structural gaps, overlaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Perform job evaluation, role analysis, and position description reviews supported by market benchmarking and research.
  • Analyse workforce data, headcount trends, and organisational metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support change management, workforce transition, and structural realignment initiatives.
  • Develop executive-level presentations and recommendations for senior management stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Manager, Organizational Design should have:

  • Degree-qualified with substantial experience in Organisation Development, Organisation Design, Workforce Planning, or related fields.
  • Proven experience within banking, financial institutions, or broader financial services environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and executives.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, analytics, and presentation skills with a hands-on working style.
  • Experience managing complex organisational transformation projects and operating model reviews.
