A Senior HR Manager leads a team of 6 and partners closely with senior leadership to drive organisational growth through workforce planning, HR transformation, governance, and talent strategies. The role plays a key part in business modernisation initiatives, including AI adoption, mergers and acquisitions, change management, and scaling the organisation to support future expansion.
This Country HR Manager role will be reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role leads a workforce of approximately 300 employees, including contract and foreign workers, overseeing 8 direct reports while managing a HR team across three locations in Malaysia. Key responsibilities include workforce planning, leadership advisory and rewards strategy to support business growth and operational excellence.
This is a highly strategic leadership position for an experienced operations leader who has demonstrated the ability to manage complex manufacturing environments, large workforces and multiple operational functions, while driving improvements in productivity, quality, cost, safety and overall business performance.
