Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations of retail mall and property assets.
  • Manage facilities maintenance, building services, and contractor performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and operational requirements.
  • Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximise occupancy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Monitor operational budgets, service contracts, and cost controls.
  • Lead asset enhancement, refurbishment, and fit-out projects.
  • Prepare operational and financial reports for management review.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Property, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in property management, mall operations, or facilities management.
  • Exposure to leasing, tenant management, and occupancy planning.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance and facilities operations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
