About Our Client

Our client is a Bursa-listed conglomerate with significant operations across the agribusiness and resource sectors, supported by a broad network of institutional investors, banking partners, regulators, and industry stakeholders. Reporting directly to the Chairman, this role offers high visibility and exposure to investor relations, corporate strategy, financial analysis, and executive stakeholder management at the group level.

Job Description

  • Build and strengthen relationships with investors, analysts, bankers and financial institutions.
  • Support the Chairman with financial, investment and corporate analysis.
  • Prepare concise briefings and presentations for important meetings.
  • Coordinate and follow up on meetings and key matters on behalf of the Chairman.
  • Engage professionally with relevant government authorities, regulators and industry bodies.
  • Monitor market and industry developments relevant to the company.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-12 years' experience in investment banking, corporate finance, equity research, asset management or investor relations.
  • Strong financial, analytical and communication skills.
  • Confident dealing with senior external stakeholders.
  • Mature, independent, discreet and commercially minded.
  • Able to work directly with the Chairman and collaborate closely with the existing Chairman's Office team.
