  • Establish robust cash forecasting models and optimize cash utilization.
  • Apply risk management tools such as hedging to mitigate exposure to interest rate, foreign exchange, and credit risks.
  • Lead corporate finance activities, including investments, acquisitions, and capital structuring.
  • Design and execute funding strategies that support growth, expansion, and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies.
  • Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements to optimize profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and financial institutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Manager Corporate Finance should have:
