Our client is looking for a Senior/ IT Application Engineer to serve as a key technical ERP specialist within the organization. The role will focus on ERP development, customization, reporting, troubleshooting, and enhancement projects while supporting business users and driving system improvements.

Job Description

  • Support, maintain, and optimize the organization's ERP platform.
  • Develop, customize, and enhance ERP functionality based on business requirements.
  • Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Work closely with business users to understand requirements and implement solutions.
  • Participate in ERP implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end users.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on system-related initiatives.
  • Ensure ERP performance, reliability, and data accuracy.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of ERP experience.
  • Experience with Epicor ERP is preferred.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ERP customization, configuration, and support.
  • Strong SQL, reporting, and database-related experience would be highly advantageous.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing-related ERP processes is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
