This role will drive HR transformation and enhance practices to support the company's corporatisation journey and continued growth across a large scale retail operation.

Job Description

  • HR leader who is willing to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and proactively drive initiatives
  • Strengthen HR governance, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Leverage HR systems and modernize it to improve efficiency.
  • Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Handle complex IR/ER matters and implement sustainable policy solutions.
  • Work closely with operations teams and go for store visits when necessary.
  • Provide strategic HR reporting and recommendations to management.



The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Senior Manager should have:

  • Proven HR leadership experience managing more than 1,000+ headcount.
  • Strong background in retail, F&B, or multi outlet operations.
  • Experience with IR/ER and foreign worker management.
  • Exposure to corporation, audits, compliance and transformation projects.
  • Mandarin speaker preferred
