Job Description

  • Manage general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Analyse financial data to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for audits and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain and improve financial controls and processes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for financial improvements.
  • Assist in system upgrades and process automation initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior GL Analyst should have:

  • Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong technical expertise in general ledger management and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of accounting standards and principles.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
