Job Description

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain large‑scale full‑stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Angular, Kafka, and related technologies
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including product owners, business stakeholders, and other development squads, to deliver high‑quality solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following object‑oriented principles, design patterns, and best engineering practices.
  • Build and support microservices‑based architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Participate in agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Perform debugging, testing, and troubleshooting activities to ensure system stability and production readiness.
  • Contribute to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Maven, and Git.
  • Act as a technical advisor in resolving complex issues and sharing knowledge across the team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Full Stack Developer should have:

  • At least 6-8+ years of experience working across full‑stack application layers
  • Strong expertise in Java‑based development for back-end and Angular for front-end
  • Solid understanding of modern front‑end technologies and frameworks, with the ability to contribute to user‑facing solutions.
  • Proven experience designing and supporting scalable back‑end services and working with relational and non‑relational data stores.
  • The ability to provide technical guidance, influence design decisions, and promote engineering best practices within the team.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on code quality, system stability, and long‑term maintainability.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with technical and non‑technical stakeholders in a global delivery environment
