Job Description

  • Prepare and analyse financial reports to support management decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights to improve business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial data.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities for the business.
  • Assist in strategic planning and business case development for projects and investments.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior FP&A should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience working in the industrial or manufacturing sector is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and tools.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in financial reporting.
