Job Description

  • Prepare and analyse financial reports to support strategic business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish financial forecasts and budgets.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance and cost efficiencies.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial planning processes and tools.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior FP&A Analyst should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis, particularly within the life science industry.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication skills to present findings to stakeholders clearly.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
