We are looking for a Senior Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to lead customer engagements, solution design, and business transformation initiatives. This role combines business consulting, solution architecture, and technical advisory responsibilities, working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver scalable end-to-end solutions.

Job Description

Solution Consulting & Architecture

  • Lead business requirement gathering and discovery workshops.
  • Design end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Develop solution architecture documents and implementation approaches.
  • Recommend industry best practices aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide functional and technical guidance throughout project delivery.



Technical & Integration Consulting

  • Define integration architectures and automation strategies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on APIs, integrations, and data migration.
  • Provide recommendations on Microsoft ecosystem solutions and extensions.
  • Participate in solution reviews and technical discussions.



Client Engagement

  • Act as the primary solution advisor during customer engagements.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
  • Advise customers on digital transformation roadmaps and strategies.



The Successful Applicant

  • 8-15 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Proven background in solution design and business consulting.
  • Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience.
  • Understanding of APIs, integrations, automation, and data migration.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
