The organization operates across multiple markets and is recognized for its commitment to innovation, operational excellence, sustainability, and delivering high-quality solutions to consumers worldwide.Job DescriptionCredit Control & CollectionsManage a portfolio of customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.Proactively follow up on overdue invoices through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.Monitor aging reports and prioritise collection activities to achieve working capital and collections targets.Investigate overdue balances and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve payment delays.Negotiate payment plans and settlements where necessary.Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.Review Statements of Account (SOA) and ensure customer balances are accurate.Work closely with Billing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to resolve disputed invoices and billing issues.Support month-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable and collections.Assess customer creditworthiness and support credit limit reviews.Monitor customer credit exposure and identify potential credit risks.Recommend appropriate actions to minimise bad debt exposure and financial risk.Escalate high-risk accounts and collection concerns to management.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Act as a key contact for customer payment and account-related enquiries.Partner with business stakeholders to support dispute resolution and customer account management.Support customer meetings where collection or credit discussions are required.Maintain accurate collection records and account notes.Prepare AR aging analysis, collection forecasts, and performance reports.Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.Support bad debt provisioning and write-off processes when required.Identify opportunities to improve collection effectiveness and operational efficiency.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Credit Control, Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Order-to-Cash (OTC) functions.Experience working within a multinational corporation or shared services environment is highly preferred.Proven experience managing customer collections, dispute resolution, and credit risk activities.Exposure to high-volume customer portfolios and regional collections operations is an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.High attention to detail and accuracy.Customer-focused with a proactive approach to collections.What's on Offer6 months contract.Covered medical expenses.Opprotunity to work in a well-known company.Hybrid working arrangement.ContactIzzati ManQuote job refJN-072026-7072692Phone number+603 2302 4059Job summaryFunctionFinance & AccountingSpecialisationAccounts ReceivableWhat is your area of specialisation?FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)LocationPetaling JayaContract TypeTemporaryConsultant nameIzzati ManConsultant contact+603 2302 4059Job ReferenceJN-072026-7072692
