Job Description

As a Senior Integrated Creative Designer, you will develop and execute creative assets across digital, social media, CRM, e-commerce, retail, and on-ground touchpoints. You will also:

  • Translate marketing briefs and brand strategies into compelling creative concepts, key visuals, and integrated campaign executions.
  • Create, adapt, and localise assets across websites, social media, CRM, marketplaces, paid media, retail, and promotional channels while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Develop a range of creative deliverables including graphic design, motion graphics, short-form videos, and campaign visuals tailored to different platforms and audiences.
  • Support product launches, retail activations, and events through the creation of marketing collateral, POSM, event branding, and basic 3D renderings/mock-ups where required.
  • Manage high-volume creative output, multiple concurrent projects, and competing stakeholder priorities while ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Brand, Portfolio, Digital, Social, Trade, and Marketplace functions to deliver impactful consumer-facing campaigns.
  • Leverage AI-powered creative tools alongside strong design fundamentals to enhance efficiency, ideation, and creative execution.

The Successful Applicant

As a successful applicant, you should come with a minimum 5 years of experience in Creative Design, Integrated Design, Graphic Design, or related fields, preferably within FMCG, consumer brands, retail, or other B2C environments. Also:

  • Proven experience developing creative assets across multiple touchpoints, including digital, social media, e-commerce, CRM, retail, and on-ground activations, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaign work.
  • Strong capabilities in graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, and visual storytelling, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Experience utilising AI-powered creative tools to enhance productivity and ideation, while maintaining strong design thinking and consumer-centric creative execution.
  • Excellent project management, organisation, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage high-volume deliverables and multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally and effectively managing expectations across diverse teams and business functions.
