Job Description

  • Manage and optimise channel income models and incentive programmes to drive prepaid and postpaid subscriber growth while maintaining cost sustainability.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end campaigns, including budget control, performance tracking, data analysis, and ROI evaluation.
  • Monitor channel performance, identify gaps, and propose data-driven improvements to achieve business targets.
  • Coordinate across multiple stakeholders (sales, marketing, product, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth execution and alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, presentations, and field briefings while ensuring operational excellence and on-ground execution quality.



The Successful Applicant

  • 8-12 years of experience in commercial roles (telco, FMCG, or channel-driven environments) with strong exposure to incentives, channel strategy, and campaign management.
  • Proven track record of delivering business targets and driving subscriber/revenue growth with high ownership and accountability.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset (Excel, Power BI, SAP) with the ability to turn insights into actionable plans.
  • Experienced in managing cross-functional stakeholders and influencing senior leaders.
  • Effective communicator, independent operator, and ideally brings on-ground sales/trade experience to ensure practical execution.
