  • Lead and manage audit assignments, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Review financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and assess risks during audit processes, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship where needed.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients, addressing queries and providing updates.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit plans and strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable auditing standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless audit services.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Audit Associate/Assistant Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
  • Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and practices.
  • Experience in managing audit engagements and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
