Job Description

  • Prepare and review financial reports in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Maintain compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support during internal and external audits.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and reporting workflows.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Support leadership in decision-making by providing financial analysis and reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Accounting Specialist should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
