About Our Client

Job Description

  • Prepare and review financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor financial transactions and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide financial reports and insights to support management decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and oversee tax reporting and filing.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Accountant should have:

  • A recognised degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
  • Experience in managing financial processes and preparing financial statements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
