Job Description

Agile Delivery & Project Management

  • Lead and manage Agile software delivery initiatives across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, quality, and business objectives.
  • Manage project roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Establish clear delivery governance and reporting mechanisms.



Scrum Master & Team Coaching

  • Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Foster team accountability, collaboration, and self-organization.
  • Identify and remove blockers that impact team productivity and delivery outcomes.
  • Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning activities.



Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams.
  • Drive effective communication across local and international stakeholders.
  • Provide regular project updates, status reports, risk assessments, and action plans.
  • Align delivery objectives with business priorities and organizational goals.



Continuous Improvement

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Identify opportunities to improve Agile processes, team effectiveness, and delivery performance.
  • Support adoption of modern software delivery practices and frameworks.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile Project Management, Scrum Master, or Delivery Management roles.
  • Strong technical background in software development, ideally with previous hands-on experience as Software Engineer, Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or DevOps Engineer.
  • Solid practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or comparable agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience delivering software projects in agile environments.
  • Strong stakeholder communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments in a structured manner.
  • Scrum Master or agile certification
  • Project management certification
  • Experience with SAFe Framework in a large-scale organisation.
  • Experience within the Mercedes-Benz ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of MBOS, cloud-native development, or software-defined vehicle environments.
