This is a regional SAP SD leadership role responsible for driving Order-to-Cash (O2C) process excellence, business transformation initiatives, and ERP enhancements across the APAC region. As the Central Key User and Team Lead, you will act as the bridge between business and IT teams, championing process standardization, SAP S/4HANA initiatives, and continuous improvement programs while leading a small regional team.

Job Description

  • Lead SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) initiatives across the APAC region, ensuring alignment between business objectives and system capabilities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps, recommending enhancements, and implementing best practices across Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
  • Manage regional demand intake, change requests, system enhancements, testing activities, and user acceptance processes.
  • Work closely with global SAP teams to support process standardization, governance, and adoption of global ERP practices.
  • Play an active role in SAP S/4HANA and broader digital transformation projects, representing APAC business needs throughout project lifecycles.
  • Mentor and support regional key users, providing guidance on SAP SD functionality, business processes, and system utilization.
  • Lead a team of three members, fostering collaboration, capability development, and operational excellence.
  • Support SAP authorization, compliance, and governance activities to ensure adherence to company standards and controls.
  • Partner with regional and global stakeholders to deliver business transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
  • Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and contribute to the design of solutions that support evolving business needs.
  • Represent the APAC region in global ERP discussions, ensuring local requirements are considered while maintaining alignment with global standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP SD, Business Analysis, ERP, or related functional consulting roles.
  • Strong expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) with a solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
  • Experience participating in SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, upgrades, or transformation projects.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence both business and IT teams.
  • Experience driving process improvement, change management, and business transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally when required.
