Job Description

* Act as SME for SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Sales & Marketing applications

* Support Order-to-Cash processes including sales orders, pricing, billing, and customer master data

* Gather business requirements and provide functional solution recommendations

* Perform fit-gap analysis, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support

* Manage incidents, troubleshoot issues, and conduct root cause analysis

* Collaborate with business users, regional stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams

* Participate in SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and transformation initiatives

* Drive process improvements and application optimization efforts

The Successful Applicant

A successful EP Product Manager should have:

* Minimum 5 years of SAP SD, O2C, or Sales Operations experience

* Strong hands-on SAP SD expertise

* Experience with sales order management, pricing, billing, and customer master data

* Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes

* Knowledge of Sales & Marketing integration with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance

* Experience in SAP application support, enhancements, testing, and solution delivery

* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

* Experience supporting regional or global business users
