Job Description

* Drive standardization and continuous improvement of Finance & Controlling processes across regional entities

* Act as the interface between Global Process Coordination, Finance, SAP IT, and business stakeholders

* Analyze existing business processes and identify optimization opportunities

* Support process design, documentation, testing, training, and implementation activities

* Coordinate regional and global Finance transformation initiatives

* Support enhancements within the SAP FI/CO and SAP S/4HANA landscape

* Provide advisory support to regional companies on Finance and Controlling processes

* Collaborate with SD, MM, PP, and other SAP functional teams on cross-functional process topics

* Troubleshoot process inconsistencies and system-related issues

* Facilitate knowledge transfer and user training across regional business units

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regulatory Process Coordinator should have:

* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline

* Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP CO, Finance Process Improvement, or Controlling functions

* Strong SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO) expertise

* Experience with Cost Center Accounting

* Experience with Internal Orders and WBS Settlement

* Strong knowledge of Period-End Closing processes

* Hands-on Product Costing experience

* Understanding of Cost Allocation, Distribution, Assessment, and Internal Activity Allocation (IAA)

* Knowledge of Cost Elements (Primary & Secondary)

* Experience supporting Finance process optimization and transformation initiatives

* Ability to work with regional stakeholders and global process teams

* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills

* Experience conducting user testing, training, and process reconciliation activities

What's on Offer

  • Annual salary between MYR 91,800 and MYR 112,200.
  • MYR 50 transport allowance.
  • Employee Incentive Fund equivalent to approximately one month's salary.
