This role supports the AsPAC commercial team by coordinating customer quotations, supplier engagements, order fulfilment, invoicing, and marketing activities across the region. Acting as a key liaison between customers, suppliers, distributors, and internal stakeholders, you'll help ensure smooth day-to-day business operations and commercial execution.

Job Description

  • Coordinate and prepare customer quotations, pricing information, and commercial documentation to support the AsPAC sales team.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers, distributors, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Manage orders from quotation through delivery and invoicing, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of operational issues.
  • Obtain and coordinate supplier quotations, pricing, lead times, and commercial documentation to support customer opportunities.
  • Support invoicing activities by working closely with Finance, Shared Services, Sales, and customers to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Maintain and track commercial records, including quotations, orders, deliveries, invoices, and supplier commitments.
  • Coordinate regional marketing initiatives, customer events, conferences, and promotional activities across the AsPAC region.
  • Prepare reports and trackers while providing visibility on outstanding actions, order status, and commercial activities to support business decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales Support, Commercial Operations, Customer Service, or Order Management
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
  • Experience handling quotations, orders, invoicing, and commercial administration
  • Proficient in Salesforce would be advantageous
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced regional environment
