Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the professional services industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet or exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client service delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should have:

  • Experienced in B2B sales, with a background in SaaS solution sales within the IT industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement; connections with local or regional IT firms would be a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese considered an advantage.
