Key responsibilities include:Provide leadership and ensure alignment with the company's overall objectives, budgetary goals, and performance targets.Identify and pursue new export sales opportunities across the electronics, HVAC, manufacturing, automotive or B2B trading industries.Lead and actively engage both peers and team members to achieve targeted outcomes, while providing long-term coaching and development to foster positive growth and employee development.Carry out the duties and responsibilities of an Export and Key Account Management specialist to ensure successful results for all designated accounts.Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to expand market presence.The Successful ApplicantWe're looking for an experienced Sales Manager who has strong export sales experience from manufacturing, HVAC or B2B trading industries. Ideal candidates will have:Bachelor's Degree in Business, International Business, Science, Engineering and equivalent.
