Job Description

  • Drive sales and market expansion of electronic components across Malaysia.
  • Develop and manage relationships with customers.
  • Promote product portfolios through technical introductions, solution discussions, quotations, and negotiations.
  • Support projects end-to-end, including order tracking, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and evolving customer requirements, providing regular updates to the Sales Manager.
  • Work closely with headquarters and FAE teams to support key projects and improve customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or higher qualification, preferably in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or automation.
  • At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor or electronic components sales.
  • Exposure to memory IC and/or MCU products is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Malaysia's electronics manufacturing, industrial, automotive, or consumer electronics sectors.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin is preferred.
  • Target-driven, resilient, able to work independently, and open to local travel.
