Job Description

  • Manage and update CRM system to track client interactions and sales pipeline
  • Support account management through regular client follow-ups and engagement
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Handle inbound, outbound leads and coordinate closely with the marketing team
  • Assist the sales team with outreach, pipeline tracking, and client communications
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Enablement professional should have:

  • A background in sales or a related field within the IT industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and recommend improvements.
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and platforms to drive efficiency and results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions for a sales audience.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Mandarin speaker, Cantonese is a plus.
