Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the record-to-report (RTR) processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting and analysis needs.
  • Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Maintain and update financial policies and procedures to align with industry and regulatory standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team to drive process improvements.
  • Monitor and resolve discrepancies or issues in financial records.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful RTR Tower Lead should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of record-to-report processes and financial operations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
