Job Description

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data to identify discrepancies and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives in the Record-to-Report function.
  • Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful RTR should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with an eye for detail.
  • Problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
