Job Description

Prepare and review monthly financial reports and statements to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Maintain the general ledger and carry out account reconciliations.

Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Ensure adherence to local accounting standards and internal company policies.

Support internal and external audit processes by supplying required documentation and insights.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance Record-to-Report (RTR) processes and drive efficiency improvements.

Analyze financial information to detect trends and generate actionable recommendations.

Contribute to ad hoc accounting and finance projects as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful RTR Accountant should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
