We are seeking a highly experienced Lead UiPath Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise‑grade robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. This role will be accountable for the end‑to‑end delivery of new automation initiatives.

Job Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade UiPath automations in production
  • Translate business requirements into reusable and scalable RPA workflows
  • Optimise and refactor existing bots for performance, reliability, and maintainability
  • Monitor automations, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root‑cause analysis
  • Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator (queues, assets, triggers, deployments)
  • Support and enhance vendor‑built automations, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer
  • Work closely with infrastructure, database, and application teams on integrations
  • Support UAT, production releases, and post‑deployment activities
  • Ensure all automations align with enterprise governance, security, and development standards
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to documentation and best practices

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead RPA Developer (UiPath) should have:

  • Over 6 years of hands‑on experience delivering UiPath‑based RPA solutions in enterprise environments
  • Strong working knowledge of UiPath Studio, REFramework, and Orchestrator
  • Experience supporting production automations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimisation
  • Confidence translating business requirements into stable, reusable automation workflows
  • Exposure to attended and unattended automations
  • A solid understanding of exception handling, logging, and RPA best practices
  • Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and taking ownership of solutions
  • Clear communication skills and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
