The Strategy Sales Planning, Analyst Manager (RGM) will oversee revenue growth management strategies and sales planning activities within the FMCG industry in Kuala Lumpur.

A company based in Kuala Lumpur operating within the FMCG industry.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement revenue growth management strategies to optimise business performance.
  • Analyse sales data and financial metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales planning with business objectives.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts and budget plans to support strategic decisions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to recommend actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal policies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members in sales planning initiatives.
  • Present findings and strategies to senior management for decision-making purposes.



The Successful Applicant

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent and Professional Qualification of any. (ACCA/CPA/ICAEW/MICPA)
  • Minimum 4-5 years working experience needed in the related field for this position.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver within tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication in English. Other languages are a bonus
  • Committed, team player, hardworking, self-motivated and keen to learn

What's on Offer

  • Monthly salary between MYR 17,000 and MYR 19,000.
  • EPF contributions.
