Job Description

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple retail stores.
  • Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
  • Monitor retail KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance.
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, VM guidelines, and customer experience initiatives.
  • Coach, develop, and motivate Store Managers and retail teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional departments on stock management, merchandising, and store openings.
  • Optimise workforce productivity through effective manpower planning and resource allocation.
  • Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement best practices across the retail network.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing multiple retail stores within fashion, footwear, lifestyle, or FMCG retail environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales growth.
  • Excellent leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret retail performance data and KPIs.
  • Highly adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
