Our client is a leading eco-friendly gardening solutions company, combining manufacturing and retail excellence while rapidly expanding its mall kiosk and pop-up store network nationwide.

Job Description

  1. Lead and oversee daily operations across multiple mall kiosks and pop-up stores to achieve sales, profitability, and productivity targets.
  2. Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives to increase basket size and units per transaction (UIP).
  3. Recruit, train, coach, and motivate frontline retail teams to deliver consultative customer service.
  4. Develop and implement SOPs, sales scripts, incentive programs, and operational best practices.
  5. Monitor store P&L, sales performance, inventory levels, and operational KPIs to ensure sustainable growth.
  6. Enhance visual merchandising, product displays, and promotional activities to maximize customer engagement and sales conversion.
  7. Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and wastage reduction, particularly for live plants and perishable products.
  8. Support business expansion by establishing scalable retail processes and ensuring successful opening and operation of new outlets.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience overseeing multi-site retail operations.
  • Ability to monitor store performance and identify practical actions.
  • Knowledge of retail operating standards, stock availability and merchandising basics.
  • Ability to review operational data and prepare clear updates.
  • Experience resolving store-level operational issues.
  • Ability to coordinate activities across several retail locations.
