Job Description

You will look after:

  • Manage and oversee the renewal process for existing contracts to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling during the renewal phase.
  • Maintain accurate records of renewals and updates in the CRM system.
  • Provide insights and reports to support decision-making related to sales operations.
