Job Description

  • Lead and develop a regional transport management team supporting export operations across EMEA
  • Manage day-to-day transportation activities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee logistics service provider performance, addressing operational issues and driving continuous improvement
  • Handle shipment delays, escalations, and dispute cases while ensuring effective resolution
  • Drive process optimization, knowledge management, and transformation initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with risk management, data protection, and business continuity requirements
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members while supporting resource planning and team growth



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations within a multinational environment
  • Strong people management experience, ideally leading teams of 5 or more members
  • Experience managing operational escalations, service disruptions, and dispute resolution
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience within the chemical, manufacturing, or industrial sector would be an added advantage
  • Experience with SAP is advantageous
  • Willingness to support EMEA operations and work a fixed shift of 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM (MYT)
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid arrangement (3 days office, 2 days work-from-home)
