This position supports trade compliance and regulatory operations activities across Asia Pacific and other supported regions, ensuring compliance with import/export requirements, trade regulations, sanctions obligations, and product-related governance standards. Working closely with Product Safety, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Compliance stakeholders.

Job Description

* Execute trade compliance activities supporting regional and global business operations

* Review, verify, and maintain regulatory and compliance-related information and documentation

* Support product-related compliance activities, regulatory governance, and operational controls

* Ensure compliance with import/export requirements, trade regulations, sanctions, and related obligations

* Support license management, permit-related activities, and compliance monitoring processes

* Investigate operational compliance issues and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders

* Prepare KPI reports, dashboards, compliance monitoring reports, and operational analyses

* Maintain SOPs, work instructions, process documentation, and knowledge management records

* Support internal audits, external audits, quality reviews, and compliance assessments

* Participate in process improvement, digitalization, and automation initiatives

* Collaborate with stakeholders across Product Safety, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Compliance functions

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Trade Compliance Specialist (Executive/Senior) should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Law, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1-5 years of experience in Trade Compliance, Product Safety, Product Stewardship, Regulatory Affairs, Chemical Compliance, Supply Chain Compliance, or related functions
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance, trade compliance, import/export controls, or product governance processes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Good stakeholder management and organizational capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience within Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Regulatory, or Product Safety environments would be advantageous
  • Exposure to Chemical Classification, License Management, Product Stewardship, or Laboratory Operations would be highly desirable
  • SAP experience and exposure to Power BI or digital tools would be advantageous
  • Fresh graduates with relevant Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Product Safety, Regulatory Affairs, or laboratory exposure are encouraged to apply
