Job Description

  • Lead regional supply planning, replenishment, and deployment activities across APAC
  • Manage inventory, product allocation, and supply recovery plans
  • Act as the escalation point for supply shortages, backorders, and fulfilment issues
  • Partner with regional and global stakeholders to resolve supply constraints
  • Drive S&OE activities to improve service levels and inventory performance
  • Analyse supply risks, inventory trends, and planning metrics
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, customer operations, and commercial teams
  • Support continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives
  • Guide and support junior team members on planning activities



The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Planning Team Leader should have:

  • 4-6 years of experience in Supply Planning, Replenishment Planning, Demand Planning, or Deployment Planning
  • Experience within an MNC product-based organisation, preferably from FMCG, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Chemicals, Manufacturing, or other production-driven industries
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, inventory replenishment, supply allocation, and distribution planning processes
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, filtering, reporting, and analysing planning data
  • Regional planning experience supporting Australia, China, or other APAC markets would be an advantage
  • Experience managing supply shortages, inventory risks, and operational escalations
  • Exposure to Kinaxis, SAP, JDE, or similar planning systems is advantageous
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Team leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience would be an advantage
