Job Description

As the Regional Supply Chain Planning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end planning activities across a portfolio of products, ensuring an effective balance between customer demand, production capabilities, and inventory optimization across the region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive regional sales and operations planning (S&OP) processes to support business growth and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate demand, supply, production, and replenishment planning activities across multiple markets.
  • Partner with commercial, operations, manufacturing, and supply chain stakeholders to improve service levels and supply reliability.
  • Monitor inventory performance and implement strategies to optimize stock levels while maintaining service expectations.
  • Lead mitigation planning for supply disruptions and manage continuity initiatives.
  • Support regional distribution and network planning activities to maximize efficiency and responsiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancement, planning optimization, and cost improvement.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Supply Chain Planning Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 8 years or more of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, operations, product management, or related functions.
  • Strong understanding of S&OP, inventory management, demand and supply planning, and distribution planning.
  • Experience working within a regional or multinational business environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and analytical tools such as SAP, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across countries and functions.
  • Interest or experience in digitalization, process automation, analytics would be advantageous
