Recognized for its commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth, the organization offers employees the opportunity to collaborate with diverse regional and global teams while contributing to large-scale supply chain initiatives that shape business performance across the Asia Pacific region.Job DescriptionAs the Regional Supply Chain Planning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end planning activities across a portfolio of products, ensuring an effective balance between customer demand, production capabilities, and inventory optimization across the region.Key responsibilities include:Drive regional sales and operations planning (S&OP) processes to support business growth and customer requirements.Coordinate demand, supply, production, and replenishment planning activities across multiple markets.Partner with commercial, operations, manufacturing, and supply chain stakeholders to improve service levels and supply reliability.Monitor inventory performance and implement strategies to optimize stock levels while maintaining service expectations.Lead mitigation planning for supply disruptions and manage continuity initiatives.Support regional distribution and network planning activities to maximize efficiency and responsiveness.Identify opportunities for process enhancement, planning optimization, and cost improvement.The Successful ApplicantA successful Regional Supply Chain Planning Manager should have:Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.Approximately 8 years or more of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, operations, product management, or related functions.Strong understanding of S&OP, inventory management, demand and supply planning, and distribution planning.Experience working within a regional or multinational business environment.Familiarity with ERP systems and analytical tools such as SAP, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across countries and functions.Interest or experience in digitalization, process automation, analytics would be advantageousWhat's on OfferBe part of a newly established APAC planning team in an MNC organisationRegionalAPAC role with extensive exposure to global supply chain operations.Opportunity to work alongside senior commercial, operations, and supply chain leaders.Involvement in strategic planning, digital transformation, and business improvement projects.If you're passionate about supply chain planning, enjoy solving complex business challenges, and want to make an impact across a regional network, we'd love to hear from you.
