This position focuses on supply chain process design, service optimization, digital transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives within a global supply chain environment. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Customs, Procurement, Finance, and SAP teams to design and enhance supply chain services, improve operational efficiency, drive automation opportunities, and support strategic business initiatives.

Job Description

  • Design, optimize, and enhance supply chain service models supporting regional and global operations
  • Gather, structure, and prioritize business requirements for supply chain transformation initiatives
  • Conduct impact assessments and cost analysis for new services and process enhancements
  • Drive automation, digitalization, and process improvement initiatives
  • Develop and implement new supply chain services aligned with business requirements
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Business Experts, and SAP teams on process and system solutions
  • Support supply chain integration projects, including business expansion and transformation initiatives
  • Develop customer-specific and cross-regional distribution concepts
  • Support customs, foreign trade, transport management, and import/export-related process improvements
  • Drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives across supply chain operation

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Supply Chain Excellence (Process Design Specialist) should have:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, Import & Export Operations, Customs, Transport Management, Process Excellence, or related functions
  • Strong supply chain process knowledge and business transformation experience
  • Hands-on experience with SAP R/3 and/or SAP S/4HANA environments
  • Exposure to SAP TM, SAP GTS, Customs Management, or Foreign Trade processes would be advantageous
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience driving automation, digitalization, continuous improvement, or transformation initiatives
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills
