As part of its ongoing transformation journey, the business is investing in a newly established Supply Chain Excellence function focused on driving operational excellence, process standardization, digital innovation, and performance optimization across the region.

Job Description

As a Regional Supply Chain Excellence Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing end-to-end supply chain performance across the APAC region. Working closely with planning, customer service, logistics, and business stakeholders, you will drive initiatives that improve efficiency, service levels, governance, and operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across demand planning, supply planning, order management, logistics, inventory, and fulfillment processes.
  • Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities to enhance supply chain performance, data visibility, customer experience, and business profitability.
  • Act as a regional process owner, driving process standardization, best practices, and operational excellence across multiple markets.
  • Analyze supply chain KPIs, identify performance trends and root causes, and partner with stakeholders to implement sustainable improvement actions.
  • Support cost optimization initiatives by evaluating operational performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce cost-to-serve.
  • Strengthen governance and compliance by ensuring alignment with regional policies, procedures, and operational standards.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Supply Chain Excellence Manager should have:

  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, planning, logistics, process improvement, or operational excellence.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, supply planning, order-to-cash, inventory management, or transportation operations.
  • Experience driving process improvements, transformation initiatives, or supply chain optimization projects.
  • Exposure to KPI management, performance analysis, and business process governance.
  • Familiarity with SAP and supply chain systems within a multinational environment.
  • Knowledge of analytics, Power BI, automation, process mining, AI, or digital transformation initiatives would be advantageous.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, chemicals, consumer goods, FMCG, or other complex supply chain environments is highly desirable.
