Job Description

  • Lead demand planning and forecasting activities across business portfolios
  • Drive monthly S&OP / SIOP reviews and facilitate cross-functional planning discussions
  • Partner with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and distributor stakeholders to align demand and supply plans
  • Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory health, and demand variability while identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Develop recommendations and scenario planning to mitigate supply and inventory risks
  • Analyze business performance metrics including sales trends, inventory performance, and commercial KPIs
  • Deliver meaningful insights, dashboards, and management reporting to support business decision-making
  • Drive inventory optimization initiatives across distributor and channel networks
  • Support business planning, operational excellence, and process improvement initiatives



The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Senior Commercial Operations should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations, Analytics, Commerce, Finance, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Demand Planning, Commercial Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, Commercial Operations, Inventory Planning, or Supply Chain functions
  • Proven experience leading forecasting and business planning activities
  • Strong exposure to S&OP, SIOP, or Integrated Business Planning processes
  • Experience managing inventory planning and distributor-driven business models
  • Strong analytical capabilities and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and challenge planning assumptions constructively
  • Excellent communication, business partnering, and stakeholder management skills
