Job Description

    • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders across existing and prospective customers.
    • Act as the primary commercial contact for strategic accounts across APAC.
    • Drive revenue growth through expansion of existing business and acquisition of new opportunities.
    • Identify, assess, and convert market opportunities into profitable commercial programs.
    • Deliver assigned sales targets and contribute to regional growth objectives.
    • Develop and implement account plans to support short- and long-term business growth.
    • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
    • Collaborate closely with product management, marketing, engineering, R&D, and global sales teams.
    • Share customer insights and market intelligence to support strategic planning and product development.
    • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, account planning, quotations, negotiations, and closing opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
    • Coordinate and attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to strengthen market presence.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Sales Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience within the medical component industry.
  • Proven track record selling to OEMs and contract manufacturers.
  • Strong account management and business development capabilities.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation and opportunity assessment skills.
  • Experience working across cross-functional and international teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
  • Willingness to frequently travel across the region.
