Job Description

  • Support sales growth and business development activities across the Asia Pacific region.
  • Work closely with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to identify and develop new opportunities.
  • Act as the link between commercial and technical stakeholders, ensuring customer requirements are translated into effective solutions.
  • Assist with technical proposals, quotations, compliance documentation, and project-related clarifications.
  • Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and partner engagements to support opportunity conversion and market growth.
  • Coordinate with engineering, product management, and manufacturing teams to deliver competitive and technically feasible solutions.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, provide market feedback, and contribute to regional sales planning and strategy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Sales Engineer should have:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, applications engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Experience within HVAC, data centre, critical infrastructure, or related industries is preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and commercial audiences.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to balance customer needs, technical requirements, and business objectives.
  • Capable of managing multiple stakeholders and priorities within a regional environment.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across multicultural teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; CRM system experience would be advantageous.
  • Willing to travel regularly within the Asia Pacific region.
  • Additional regional language skills and exposure to international markets are beneficial.
