The Regional Sales Director will lead strategic sales across APAC, driving regional growth through project-based bidding, key account development, and early client engagement. You will shape commercial strategy, build high-performing teams, and position the business as a trusted advisor across energy, marine, and infrastructure markets.

Job Description

    • Define and execute regional sales and growth strategy aligned with global objectives
    • Lead high-value project pursuits and bidding activities, ensuring strong pre-RFP positioning
    • Build and manage key accounts and strategic client relationships across APAC
    • Drive commercial excellence, including CRM adoption, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline
    • Provide market intelligence and insights to identify new opportunities and competitive positioning
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful project conversion and delivery handover
    • Lead and develop a regional business development and sales team
    • Strengthen the company's position as a trusted advisor to key clients



The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Sales Director should have:

  • Proven experience in marine, offshore, or energy-related industries
  • Strong background in strategic sales, project bidding, and regional account management
  • Experience leading across APAC markets and working in matrix organisations
  • Demonstrated ability to drive commercial transformation and growth strategies
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing leadership skills
  • Capability for frequent regional travel
