Job Description

  • Drive and embed operational excellence initiatives across regional markets.
  • Ensure consistent execution of the company's operating model.
  • Lead cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
  • Partner with regional and global stakeholders to align priorities.
  • Coach and support market leaders on best practices and change initiatives.
  • Identify operational gaps and recommend improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor project outcomes and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Conduct regular store visits to understand challenges and support execution.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Retail Management, or related field.
  • 5-8+ years' experience in project management, operations, retail, consulting, or business transformation.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated success translating strategy into operational execution.
  • Self-starter with commercial acumen and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
