About Our Client

An established multinational FMCG organization is currently looking for a Leader to lead and transform their end-to-end supply chain. This is a high-impact leadership role.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end operations across multiple APAC manufacturing sites.
  • Develop and execute strategic operational plans aligned with regional business objectives.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Build and coach a strong senior leadership team across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, logistics, procurement, and HSE functions.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and employee engagement.
  • Lead capital investment planning and execution to support growth, automation, compliance, and operational capability.
  • Establish and monitor operational KPIs, ensuring consistent performance improvement across all locations.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to standardise processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive organisational transformation, change management, and capability development across the region.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree-qualified, ideally within Engineering
  • Proven success leading operations within the FMCG manufacturing environment
  • Regional exposure is a plus
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong background in manufacturing, engineering and supply chain
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience in managing plant P&L
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
